International Purchases


If you are purchasing from outside Australia or sending internationally, these are our Terms and Conditions:


  • Postage times vary greatly from location to location. Delivery times are outside Benjamin Cufflink's control.
  • Should a Registered parcel go missing, please be aware that International Registered Post investigations take up to 2 months (60 days) to complete. This is out of our control and we need to wait for the investigation to complete before we can take any further action.
  • Any Customs duties or other charges related to receiving the item are at your own cost.  If sending an international gift, this charge may be charged to the recipient. Please check the customs information for the country of receipt prior to placing your order.
  • International purchases will be despatched only when all stock is available.  Stock availability is advised in the Shopping Cart, prior to Checkout.
  • Postage costs quoted are for a maximum of 2 pairs of cufflinks.  We will quote you on shipping for larger orders or cufflink boxes by the end of the next business day. 



  • Benjamin Cufflinks accepts credit card payments in Australian dollars.  Your credit card company will convert the transaction for you at an exchange rate set by them. It is also possible that Currency Conversion or other fees may be charged by your credit card company.
  • The Currency Converter provided on the site is provided as a purchasing guide only.  Currency conversion rates are updated regularly but may not match those used by your credit card company.
  • For all credit card orders, we reserve the right to request further information to ascertain the ownership of the credit card. If this information is not received or does not meet our guidelines, we will refund any money to the credit card and cancel the order. We believe this is in the best interests of all parties.
  • All contact from Benjamin Cufflinks will be made by email. Please ensure that we are added to your safe senders list or ensure that you check your junk mail regularly.
  • You can choose not to proceed with your order at any time prior to despatch and we will refund your order in full.  Refunds are applied in Australian Dollars.  Changes in exchange rates may mean you receive back a different amount than you paid.
