Q: Do you have a store? Can I collect it?

A: No, I’m sorry, we’re an internet only store. We are based in Brookvale, Sydney, NSW. Please contact us if you have any special requirements.

Q: Is GST included in your pricing?

A: GST is included in all Benjamin Cufflinks products unless you are signed in as an international customer. All orders placed for delivery within Australia attract GST of 10%.

Q: I’ve forgotten my login/password. What can I do?

A: Go to the Login page (top right hand corner of the screen) and find the Forgot your Password link. This will send a new password to your email address, which can then be updated to something you might remember via your account section ("My Dashboard"; go down the left hand side to Account Information; click on Change Password).

Q: I've changed my email account so can't get the updated password email - what can I do?

A: Send us an email letting us know. We will need to ask you a few security questions, but then we can update your account to your new email, enabling you to log in.

Q: I’ve received a gift in one of your boxes, but prefer a different set of cufflinks – can I swap?

A: We are happy to exchange the cufflinks for you. Our policy is to exchange products within 14 days of purchase, so please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional postage charge.

To process the exchange we will need to locate the order using the purchaser’s name. While we will not contact the purchaser about an exchange, we may need to change the original order to reflect the correct stock sold - meaning they would be able to see the change in their order should they browse their account.

Please note that we are not able to refund except to the original purchaser.

Q: How long does postage take?

A: We process all orders by the next business day. Our Australian orders are all sent by Australia Post eParcel service. Timing will depend on your choice of postage method. Express Post is guaranteed delivery by 5pm next business day within the Express Post network; outside can take 2-5 days . Standard post will depend on the delivery location.

Q: My parcel hasn’t arrived – what do I do now?

A: First, please check your tracking details contained with the shipping email. If it states delivered check with your mailroom/reception or your neighbours to see if anyone has taken it in for safe keeping. It is also possible that it has been taken to your local post office for collection - contact us at info@benjamincufflinks.com.au and we can follow up further.

Q: What should I consider when purchasing cufflinks online?

A: After considering your obvious choices (style, colour, etc), we recommend that you keep the following in mind:
- Some products are smaller or larger than others - think carefully about which you prefer;
- When looking at the website, you may notice that we try to show the t-bar or back section of the cufflinks in every photo. These t-bars are almost identical (to less than 1mm) in size across our range – giving you a quick check on the size of the front of each cufflink.
- Colour matching using a website is very difficult - every screen or monitor is different.

Q: What makes you different from other online Cufflink Stores?

A: - Benjamin Cufflinks was Australia's first Cufflink store. We have helped literally thousands of people to purchase cufflinks - and are proud of our record in service excellence.
- Proudly Australian owned and operated - your cufflinks and your service will come from within Australia.
- We are the only cufflink store to specialise in cufflinks (rather than ties, socks, jocks, etc). This means we have been able to source the best and largest range of cufflinks of any online store we have seen.
- Our philosophy has always been to offer the service we would like to receive as a customer.

Q: Do you offer engraving services?

A: No, we do not offer engraving at this time. We are happy to offer some advice and can post direct to your engraver. Many use computers to generate the lettering or artwork, which means you can approve the artwork onsite or via an emailed file. Let us know if you have any questions.

Q: I don't want to order online - what are my other options?

A: Please send us an email with your details and we will contact you to take your payment over the phone. 

Q: How heavy/big/small are the cufflinks I like?

A: We are currently working our way through our stock to put size and weight information on each product page. As you can imagine, this is a very big job and will not be finished anytime soon. However, a growing number of our products do have that information - make sure you have clicked through to the production information. If the information isn't there, please drop us an email and we will let you know (and update the page too!)
