Your order - availability, cost and expected delivery timing - will be confirmed by email by the next business day of receipt. Please allow for weekends and Queensland public holidays (Victorian public holidays for Custom products). Products not in stock at time of order will be placed on backorder. Delivery of those items would be within 28 days of order. You will always be emailed with notification of the backorder and we respect your right to cancel or amend your order at any time prior to despatch.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is available for orders within Australia only. Orders outside
Australia are priced as quoted at checkout or as advised within two business
days (for large orders or items or special delivery options).
Postage and Handling
Benjamin Cufflinks will only make delivery to the address provided by you and
all items shall be sent via Australia Post.
Within Australia, we use Express Post Delivery service ($8.00; free
for orders over $90.00) for up to seven sets of cufflinks. We despatch
orders by the next business day from receipt of order (subject to stock
availability) and delivery is next business day within Express Post Network, and
2-3 days outside. Refer to Australia Post for details of postage areas. .
Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery within the Australia Post guideline times. In some instances, Australia Post leaves a red card in your box and you will be required to collect the item from your local post office. We recommend using business addresses or post office boxes where possible.
Delivery Failures
Should an item be not delivered and returned due to the address provided
being incorrect, there will be an additional postage charge to resend
the item. Should the error be due to incorrect addressing by Benjamin Cufflinks
we will resend at no additional charge.
Should an item not be delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter through Australia Post. Australia Post can take up to seven days to investigate non-deliveries and we are unable to take any further action until we have rectified the matter through that process.
Large Orders
For orders of seven or more sets, or an order of multiple cufflink boxes, we
reserve the right to charge additional postage costs. Costs will be advised to you
within two business days and will be charged to your credit card. If you would
like to confirm postage charges prior to order, please contact us at

International Delivery
Postage and handling to destinations outside of Australia will be charged at
$17.00 for up to two sets of cufflinks and be sent by Standard International
Air Mail. We will register the item for $22.00. Postage for orders or over two
sets of cufflinks will be advised within
two business days of receipt of order. International orders will only be posted
when all stock is available. If you would like to confirm stock availability and
postage charges prior to ordering, please contact us at

Should a Registered item go missing, please be aware that International Registered Post investigations take up to 2 months (60 days) to complete. This is out of our control and we need to wait for the investigation to complete before we can take any further action.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility for international parcels not delivered or for customs or other duties at country of delivery. If you would like to have your parcel posted in another way, please let us know and we will do so at cost.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your cufflink purchases from Benjamin
Cufflinks, please send an email and let us know. On return of the cufflinks, we
will either replace the cufflink, swap it for another or provide a refund equal to
the value of the items (as you prefer). Any refunds given will be for price paid
for the items returned less postage. No refunds will be given on postage
paid.
Returns or exchanges are not possible on our Custom made products.
All items at Benjamin Cufflinks are under warranty for a period of 12 months
from date of purchase. Should you have any problems during that time, please
return the items to us for a replacement. Exchanges or change-of-mind returns
can be made within 2 weeks of receipt (taken as next day from postage within
Australia).
