Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping
Your stock order - including stock availability - will be confirmed by email within two business days. Please allow for weekends and New South Wales public holidays. 

Stock items not in hand at time of order will be placed on backorder and should be notified in the Shopping Cart prior to order. Orders containing backorders will be despatched on arrival of all items required for the order.  Backorders are normally despatched within 28 days of order, but you will always be emailed with notification of expected timings.

We respect your right to cancel or amend your order at any time prior to despatch except with Custom items, which can be cancelled anytime up to Production.
Please note that Custom Items involve a production period which includes artwork approval and drying times.  Please email us if you have a short deadline - we will help where we can.

Free Shipping - Orders over $110
Free Shipping is available for orders within Australia only.  Orders are posted when all stock is available.  We will help where we can at other times, but no exceptions to this will be offered during Sales or with the use of a Discount Coupon Code.

Orders outside Australia are priced as quoted at checkout or as advised within two business days (for large orders, large items or for special delivery options). See our International delivery information below for more information..


Postage and Handling
We process all orders within two business days.  All Australian orders are all sent by Australia Post eParcel Service. This service requires a signature on delivery.  All items are posted from the Newcastle area.

 

Regular Post delivery times will depend on recipient's address. Expected timings for your location can be checked at http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/domestic-delivery-times.html - click on Estimate Delivery Time (red button) and enter options. Items are posted from Jesmond NSW 2299.

 

Australia Post guarantees Express Post delivery by 5pm next business day (from despatch) within the Express Post network ( which covers 80% of Australian business addresses). If you are outside this region, delivery can take 2-5 days. If unsure if you are in the network, you can check your postcode on the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-and-express-post-platinum-networks.html).
We recommend using business addresses, post office boxes or an Australia 24/7 Post Parcel Locker, if possible.  For more information on the parcel lockers, please see the Australia Post website. 

 

Please note that we are unable to guarantee delivery times. The Courier or Postman can leave a notification card in your mailbox and you will be required to collect the item from your local post office.

Delivery Failures
Benjamin Cufflinks will only make delivery to the address provided by you. Should an item be not delivered and is returned due to the address provided being incorrect, there will be an additional postage charge to resend the item. Should the error be due to incorrect addressing by Benjamin Cufflinks we will, of course, resend at no additional charge.

Should an item not be delivered, please notify us as soon as possible and within 1 month of despatch. We will investigate the matter through Australia Post. Australia Post can take up to ten business days to investigate non-deliveries within Australia and we are unable to take any further action until we have rectified the matter through that process. Undelivered items advised more than 1 month after despatch will not be replaced.  

Postal Guarantees
Subject to our terms and conditions, if you do not receive the parcel, we will resend your order. We need to allow the following investigation times:

Within Australia:  10 business days for Express Post; 20 business days for Standard Post.

International Registered Post: we will replace upon completion of Australia Post & international tracking investigations. These can take up to 60 days.

We believe that these timelines give the best opportunity for parcels to arrive, as well as ensuring that you receive the goods you paid for. Resent orders are subject to stock availability.

International Delivery
Postage and handling to destinations outside of Australia will be charged at a rate calculated for the destination.  This charge is for up to two sets of cufflinks and be sent by Registered International Air Mail - prices are at checkout. If you would like to have your parcel posted in another way, please let us know and we will do so at cost (despatch delays may occur).

Postage for orders of over two sets of cufflinks will be advised within two business days of receipt of order.

International orders will only be posted when all stock is available. If you would like to confirm stock availability and postage charges prior to ordering, please contact us at info@benjamincufflinks.com.au.

Should a Registered parcel go missing, please be aware that International Registered Post investigations take up to 60 days to complete. This is out of our control and we need to wait for the investigation to complete before we can take any further action.

Please note that we do not take any responsibility for Customs or other Duties at country of delivery.

All postage and shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your cufflink purchases from Benjamin Cufflinks, please send an email and let us know.

On return of the cufflinks we will either replace the cufflink, swap it for another or provide a refund equal to the value of the items (as you prefer). Any refunds given will be for price paid for the items returned. Where the return of the cufflinks cancels the order, the amount refunded will be less a postage and handling charge.
 
Exchanges or change-of-mind returns can be made within 2 weeks of receipt (taken as next day from postage within Australia). Any exchanges will incur an additional return postage and handling fee (currently $11.00 incl GST; may change without notice). No refunds will be given on postage paid as part of your order and a postage and handling fee will be retained should the returns cancel the order.
Benjamin Cufflinks is not responsible for the cost of return of items to our store for any reason, including exchange or refund. 

Returns or exchanges are not possible on our Custom made products, except where covered by our 12 month Warranty.
All items at Benjamin Cufflinks are under warranty for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Should you have any problems during that time, please contact us and return the items to us for a replacement.  Warranty excludes battery replacement.
