Benjamin Cufflinks Promise to You
Product Guarantee:
- All products purchased at Benjamin Cufflinks come with a 12 month warranty. So if your cufflinks break within that period, simply return them and we will replace or refund.
- All purchases have a 14 day exchange or refund - no questions asked! So if they’re not what you were wanting (or the recipient already has a pair!), just let us know and get them back to us (subject to additional postage charges for exchanges; excludes custom made products).
- We will meet our Australian online competitors pricing on the same quality product. So if you find it somewhere else cheaper, let us know. We are happy to compare products and will match prices where we believe that the products are of the same high quality and standard as those provided by ourselves.
Delivery Guarantee:
- Our shipping is via Express Post – to get them to you quickly and safely. For large orders or valuable items, we will upgrade to Express Post Platinum or Registered Post. Postage will be upgraded at our own discretion.
- If your parcel doesn’t arrive, we will liaise with Australia Post and chase it down for you. For Australian deliveries, if the item cannot be found within 7 days (from notification of non-delivery), we will replace at our cost unless:
- there is a genuine reason to doubt the validity of the address provided; or
- there is a genuine reason to doubt the loss of the item from information provided by Australia Post.
Service Guarantee:
- All orders are processed by the next business day. That means that if we have it in stock, we will post it. If not in stock, we will let you know (by email) and advise expected timings and your options.
- We believe in the importance of our customers – we want you to be happy with the process, the service, the delivery and the product. Please let us know if we fall down in any area – we are always keen for your feedback.
- We respect your right to cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time up to despatch of your products. Cancellations must be notified in writing via email (from the email used for order placement, for privacy reasons).
